Intersecting provides Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI)-focused organizational development services, including:

• research
• policy development
• strategic planning
• individual and group educational counselling/coaching

For example, in 2025 we are assisting a local arts-based organization assess their progress on equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility since their last audit five years ago. Intersecting is assessing to what extent the recommendations and commitments generated by the last audit have been implemented, and what changes, if any, in workplace culture have emerged as a result. Our report will guide the organization in setting priorities for the next five years.
