A skilled facilitator creates the conditions for transformative learning to occur in workshop settings, whether in-person or through video-conferencing. Questions of identity, human rights, racism, equity, and inclusion are being discussed in often unhelpful or confusing, ways across social media, in schools, colleges and universities, and in our families, among friends and in the workplace.
At Intersecting, all of our workshops are engaging, accessible, and fun! Gather with others to learn together and exchange ideas, wisdom, and challenges in the ongoing project of creating equitable, diverse, inclusive and accessible services, businesses, and communities for all.
We use proven adult education techniques, such as small and large group discussion, videos, case studies, quizzes, and more to tap the deep wells of knowledge and experience among workshop attendees.
